We often refer to "the island" - it's a place we visit regularly - my Dad lives there.
I am of course talking about the Isle of Sheppey on the Kent coast.
The beaches are lovely and quiet and the sky was blue for most of our stay.
We fished.
Chilled on the beach.
Visited Zoltar at the arcade.
Played at Bartons Point Coastal Park.
And went to the fair at Sheerness.
